Small publisher table:
You can bring as many books as you’d like and will have a table of 120x90 cm. Publishers or authors will be responsible for sales, set-up and dismantling their stands. The organization will assign a table following the registration order. Payment will be made once the number of participants is confirmed.
Large publisher table:
You can bring as many books as you’d like and will have a table of 200x90 cm. Publishers or authors will be responsible for sales, set-up and dismantling their stands. The organization will assign a table following the registration order. Payment will be made once the number of participants is confirmed.
Self-publishers shared table:
Exclusive for authors with self-published publications. Fiebre Photobook will manage the table through a person in charge of sales, registration is free and will have a sales commission of 30%, 15% for the community of Somos Fiebre. Fiebre Photobook will select 20 publications among all proposals received. The benefits obtained with sales will be settled the following week. If at the end of the Book Market there are copies left, you can pick up or request your shipment, as long as the expenses are covered, the organization will not be responsible for this cost.
In case of cancellation, the registration fee will only be returned if it was made 15 days before the starting of the fair.
There is a 3 euros entrance fee for the general public. Each participant registered in Fiebre Photobook Barcelona Book Market will be entitled to two VIP passes.
The organizers of Fiebre Photobook will provide support in coordinating the reception and return of books, but will not be responsible financially for them and will not provide storage for the books before or after the book market.
The organization of Fever Photobook will not get any commission for the sale of publications in the modality of publishers and in self-publishing will correspond the commission of the 30%, and 15% in case of being part of We are Fiebre.
Other personal expenses such as hotel, travel or transport of publications, both sending and returning the books, are not covered by the organisation.
Fiebre Photobook will not be responsible for the damage or missing items before or during the fair. Each participant will be required to look after their stand, being responsible in case of damage.
Participation in Fiebre Photobook Book Market does not necessarily give the right to participate in activities such as talks or presentations. The organization will have independence in coordinating these activities.
It is not allowed to install posters, banners or stickers or a roll up in the Festival grounds.
In the Book Market area there is enough artificial lighting to read books, as well as electrical connection points. There is also an open wifi network in the venue itself, but we are not responsible for the quality of the connection throughout the Festival.
The fair specializing in photography books within the 7th edition of Art Photo Bcn is postponed to October 9, 10 and 11, following the recommendations of the Ministry of Health to prevent and contain the epidemic caused by the COVID-19 virus.
